The fourth week of the 2026 National Football League regular season is set to commence on Thursday as the Pittsburgh Steelers face the Cleveland Browns in an AFC North Division battle. Here are the three players expected to have an excellent week four fantasy week and the underdog I think will win.
Fantasy Stars
Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills will look to bounce back this week after a poor first half against the Los Angeles Chargers in week three. He will be facing the New England Patriots, the 2026 Super Bowl finalists. Allen is projected to get 236 passing yards and 37 rushing yards along with two touchdowns.
It is no surprise that Jahmyr Gibbs of the Detroit Lions is the top rated running back. The Lions offense has been flying on all cylinders. It is the defense that is a serious concern. On Sunday night in prime time, Gibbs is projected to get 99 rushing yards and 34 receiving yards for 133 total yards, and one touchdown against the Carolina Panthers.
Meanwhile, Jaxon Smith-Njigba of the Seattle Seahawks is expected to get another monster week on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. He is expected to get 99 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Projected Upset
There is one underdog I like this week. It is the Dallas Cowboys in a battle of Texas against the Houston Texans. Right now the Texans are a 2.5 point favourite. The Cowboys offense is potent and among the best in the NFL. The question is their defense. The Texans are a direct opposite. Their defense is great and their offense is below average. My gut tells me Dallas rebounds from a tight loss in Brazil to the Ravens.
