Eagle Race 3 – Aim
Aim cashed in for followers when winning at $31 in the 3yo Magic Millions ($51 when he was first tipped on this service).
It is not just that reason that we are going again here. The parallels are uncanny after another brilliant trial victory before heading north, where he once again charged through the line under a strong hold to beat Canasta and the talented Dame Giselle.
Ayrton has been heavily supported and is the $1.6 favourite after winning its’ opening 3 career races in weaker company in Melbourne. The $5 that is on offer for Aim to place looks far better value.

Randwick Race 1 – Sacred Field
Sacred Field steps out for his debut with huge wraps on him after being undefeated in 2 impressive trials to date.
On a heavy track at Rosehill, he blew his rivals away by 5.5L and ran the quickest 740m time of the morning, including the older horses such as Lancaster Bomber.
Six days later, he then did it at the other end when he settled back in the field and charged through the line to win.
Tommy Berry retains the ride and he looks a great bet to start the day!

Randwick Race 9 – Malkovich
It firstly must be noted that this tip is on the assumption that the showers will steer clear of Randwick and that the forecasted wind will dry out the surface which is currently a soft 6.
Malkovich was stunning in a 8.5L trial victory at Rosehill on May 21 and looks ready to add to his 4 wins from 9 career starts.
Aside from the rain, the abundance of speed on paper is a worry. Speed map backers may be tempted to find a quality back marker such as Hulk who will be tearing through the line late. I will be sticking with Malkovich as I can’t see anything being brave enough to go with him early and if he gets a good surface, should be able to get over the line.
