The Pride gelding was already in our black book but it was just the short quote that was the only issue going into Saturday. He definitely wasn’t bothered by his price. He once again jumped well and settled 3rd behind a moderate tempo before blowing the small field away to win by 3.9L. He is definitely worthy of targeting some better quality races.

It should pay to follow the Zoustar mare moving forward after a solid 0.4L 2nd placing 1st up. Adding merit to the run was the fact she was forced to take an inside run along the rail where no horse had won from throughout the day. Expecting a big 2nd up performance.
